Jefferson County High School baseball wrapped up an outstanding season with a long list of team and individual achievements, firmly establishing the Patriots as one of the district’s top programs.

JCHS finished the regular season as District Regular Season Champions and carried that momentum straight into postseason play, capturing the District Tournament Championship as well. The championships reflect the team’s consistent effort, depth, and resilience throughout the season.

Several Patriots were recognized for their exceptional play with All-District honors. Those named All-District include Brody Carr, Caleb Franklin, Drew Molter, Sean Young, and Nate Nichols. Leading the way, Brody Carr was voted District Player of the Year, a testament to his all-around impact on the field. Caleb Franklin earned the title of Co-Pitcher of the Year, recognizing his dominance and reliability on the mound.

Additional recognition went to Jackson Ormonde and Isaiah Kirk, who received Honorable Mention All-District honors for their contributions during the season.

JCHS was also well represented on the District All-Tournament Team. Brody Carr capped off his impressive postseason by being named Most Outstanding Player, while Jaxsen Felker, Jackson Ormonde, and Nate Nichols also earned All-Tournament honors for their performances during the district tournament.

Senior Brody Carr earned statewide recognition as one of just three finalists for the prestigious Mookie Betts Mr. Baseball Award in Division I, Class 4A, presented by the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association. This honor places Carr among the top high school baseball players in Tennessee and reflects his outstanding performance, leadership, and dedication on the field. Being named a finalist for this elite award highlights Brody’s impact on the JCHS baseball program and his commitment to excellence in one of the state’s most competitive classifications.

The 2026 season will be remembered as a defining chapter for Jefferson County High School baseball, marked by championships, individual excellence, and statewide recognition. With a roster that combined talent, leadership, and determination, the Patriots not only achieved success on the field but also set a standard for future teams. As this group of student-athletes moves forward, their accomplishments reflect the strength of the program and the continued growth of JCHS baseball as one of the premier programs in the district.
