If you’ve driven down Highway 92 past Jefferson County High School recently, you may have noticed something new that’s hard to miss. The freshly painted doors of the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department now feature bold, eye‑catching graphics that proudly spell out JCHS CTE, creating a striking visual display along the school’s exterior.

The same theme and creative touch can be found on the inside of the building as well. Missy Hayes, CTE Supervisor, has brought her vision of hallway murals and door graphics to life to capture the excitement of exploring the world of work and careers!

We are incredibly proud of our stellar CTE programs, which prepare students for future success through real‑world skills, industry experience, and innovative learning opportunities. The new door designs reflect that pride and ensure that the CTE Department stands out as a point of excellence for the school and the community.
